Hi, I am Dr. Tasheska Green, a transformational servant leader who leads with the heart of a servant but the mind of a leader. I am a wife, mother of three, influential educator, transformational coach, thought-provoking speaker, visionary, 15-time best-selling author, philanthropist, and the 2022 Maryland Mother of the Year for American Mothers, Inc. American Mothers, Inc. is a national 501c3 nonprofit organization founded in 1935 on the principles of honoring and helping the 85 million mothers in America today by working to educate, inspire, and recognize mothers through programs that empower them to impact their families and communities positively.

With more than 30 years of experience in business operations with an emphasis on program management, transformational leadership training, emotional intelligence training, strategic planning, and technology infrastructure, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients.
My topic will be "The Strength of a Mother" I will share poignant moments from my journey as a young mother that will both inspire and provide tips to support the moms on their journey of being or becoming a mom, and share parenting stories of my experiences that will support them in the growth and development of their children as they grow from infancy to toddler to their formative and teenage years and into adulthood. Being a parent is both a Joy, with the greatest reward, and one of the biggest responsibilities for a woman as she models the values and teaches her child the principles of life to support them on their journey as human beings.
